One of the worse experience... started at check-in. I booked at booking.com, then the staff said she couldn't find the reservation and went ahead and charged me a total rate slightly higher than quoted (citing higher tax), Things only got worse from there... in the middle of the night, I woke up and felt itchy on my back, then I found many bedbugs crawling, and I was already bitten many times. I quickly gathered my belongings, took videos and pictures of the creatures and went to the front desk. The first thing the attendant said was "feel free to leave, we can't give you a refund". She did eventually offer to switch me to a different room, but I couldn't sleep any more and ended up sleeping in my car that night, feeling itchy all over my body from the bites. I had to throw away all my bags and suitcase worrying I could carry bedbugs with me... in the morning I went back to the front desk and complained again, the manager said the owner/GM Kevin was out of the country and wouldn't be back for 2 weeks, and only he could deal with the matter... I kept calling them after 2 weeks, and was told that either Kevin wasn't back yet or he was busy building another hotel. I wanted them to refund my stay and compensate my luggages (which seemed small compared to the pain and trouble I suffered), but the manager (Nancy) wasn't helping at all and was extremely rude to me. Totally unprofessional. Now I am thinking of finding a local lawyer to deal with them instead. Stay away from this place at all cost unless you want to have nightmares (which I still have now)...
I had a great room, very clean, floors were clean, bathroom was very clean which is an a+ for me!!!!
