Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and proximity to major roads and city attractions. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues with staff attitude, reservation problems, and accessibility for guests with service animals. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, maintenance issues, and unpleasant odors. Breakfast offerings did not meet expectations for several guests, with complaints about quality, variety, and availability. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast.

No actual cigarette button in a so-called "nosmoking" room. Entire hotel reeked ofstalesmoke, all that was missing was the oldchain smoker wasting their latest SScheck on a slot machine
