Cons (-) Reception personal was uninterested & blaze. Bad vibes. Gave her our rewards card after we checked in...she "pretended" to enter the card #. We later found out that she did not follow thru when the card came back as incorrect. It took us a long time at another hotel to get the error corrected. The King bed in this room was soft & mushy. Pros (+) The breakfast was delicious. My family enjoyed the food and slept well. The hotel is right off of i40 by panda express and go Golden corral. Safeway is just up one block. Checked out at 11

Cons (-) Breakfast bar understaffed. Out of coffee both decaf and regular. Out of oatmeal. Only one waffle maker for 20+ people.

Pros (+) Beautiful accommodations, excellent fresh breakfast with great selection, extremely friendly and helpful staff!
Cons (-) Water has a strange feeling residue that it leaves on your skin, I'm guessing it's due to mountain well water but still feels strange
