Great location, very welcoming hosts. Perfect for the solo traveler or small groups. Great value for the proximity to everything one would want to see in Galway.
Great bar with lots of craft beers to choose from. Breakfasts are awesome. Traditional fare a good option.
Bare bones room, no pictures on the walls. Street noise makes it hard to sleep. People leaving the bars laughing, yelling and singing most nights until 3am or later. Windows could use some blackout curtains, light from street lights floods the room. Shower stall needs upgrade, lets water splash out on the floor and soaks bath mat. Overpriced.
The location and the view was great
The room was pretty cold and the shower didn't have a detachable shower head
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast (extra)
One of our rooms had no functioning shower throughout our stay, despite assurances each day that it would be fixed. My room had had holes in the wall of the bedroom and bathroom and broken tiles. The beds were uncomfortable and the coverlets were dirty.
No bedside lamps, towels were lumpy.
