It was small clean friendly and near to the old town.
You have to close the window at night due to early start of trams.

Comfortable mattress and bedding. Good aircon. Good shower. Cleanliness. Arrangement for taxi airport transfer.
Breakfast was very poor. Limited variety of hot food and fruit in particular. Fried eggs were cold and never saw them replaced. Things didn't seem to be checked or filled up. First come might have had a decent meal but none left for others. High price for this lack of availability and quality.
