It's easy vacationing
The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Love the swim up bar!!
Still under construction and they haven’t fully figured it out yet. Gr
The location is great and good value.
Still under construction. New ownership and they haven’t worked out all the kinks yet.
Treasure island is uninhabitable. They are tearing it down and the construction workers are living in the hotel. Everything was disgusting! The room that they did give us was filthy with pubic hairs on the bed! This hotel should not be available for booking.
Work in Progress
I liked that it was much cheaper than other properties nearby (for a reason though - see negative comments). I like the location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was in great shape. I like having the convenience of the little grocery store in the lobby area.
I didn't like that there was no wifi in the rooms, and that the wifi in the lobby was not reliable. There were several things about the hotel and our room that were just run down - sliding door to balcony didn't work properly, no sink stopper, no blow dryer, phone didn't work, elevator was very dirty. To be fair, they are going through a renovation, so depending on how much $$$ they're putting in to that, things could change dramatically (and the price increase). Looks like it will be a while though.
Good for the price you pay. Beach is not so nice l
Comfortable beds with a kitchen and utensils to use. George town is very close
