Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime beachfront location and appreciated the spacious rooms, especially those with sea views. However, many were disappointed by the cleanliness, noting issues like dirty carpets, old furnishings, and lack of proper housekeeping. Service was also criticized, with several guests mentioning limited staff presence, confusing check-in procedures, and unresponsive communication. While some found the beds comfortable, others felt they needed improvement. Overall, the location remains the hotel's strongest asset, but cleanliness and service require significant attention.
