The room was nice and clean. It was a bit cold and it took a while before we found out we could regulate the temperature ourselves. The bathroom was clean as well and the shower was (after warming up for 2 minutes) really nice.
Since the rooms are basically built on top of each other row by row, the layout is a bit strange at first sight. Carrying your luggage 2 stairs up and through narrow corridors was a challenge. The double bed we asked for were twin beds put together with a top mattress. We still had separate blankets, so something didn't add up there. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.
Friendly stuff, nice garden
The room is rather small and bed too soft.
The hotel is situated very close to the city centre, the staff was very polite and helpful and our room was comfortable and cozy.
Sadly saying the hotel didn’t provide a good customer service and during check-in I didn’t have a pleasant impression. Due to some unpredictable ford major changes in the flights I had arrived 1 day later then it was expected. However as the accommodation was 100% prepaid and the credit card was charged right immediately after my booking without any type of notice, in the end I’ve lost the cost of one night without any attempt from hotel side to listen, consider any options for reimburse. Bad customer experience, no flexibility and customer oriented approach. Disappointing.
The receptionist was very nice and helpful.
The room and bathroom are a bit small.
