Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in a few cases, friendly staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues including poor cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, subpar or missing breakfast, and negative service experiences. Several guests mentioned maintenance problems, outdated facilities, and safety concerns. While some found the price reasonable and a few staff members accommodating, the overall impression was marred by cleanliness, service, and amenity shortcomings.
