Pros (+) The location was great.
Cons (-) The hotel was more run down than other Springhill Suites I’ve stayed in. Also not so clean, which was concerning especially given COVID regulations (although nobody in Grand Junciton seemed to recognize we are in a worldwide pandemic).

Pros (+) Gym, Breakfast, Bar Area
Cons (-) Staff was okay, our room was on the 2nd floor and you could hear noise from the street and the elevator and the AC unit was ill positioned next to the bed and we were either too hot with it off or freezing and waking up sick with it on.

Pros (+) Room was comfortable and well-appointed.
Cons (-) Breakfast was rather ordinary. No help with luggage. And the big surprise was that we were charged for parking. When we arrived, the front desk person asked 'Would you like a parking pass?' when what she should have asked is "Would you like to buy a parking pass?' For the price we paid for the room, we would have expected more spectacular breakfast, help with luggage, and free parking.
