Pros (+) I have stayed at this location several times before. It is always spotlessly clean and the staff is unbelievably courteous and helpful. They really seem to enjoy their job and go out of their way to get you anything that you could possibly need. If you have an opportunity or need to stop in Grants Pass be sure to stay here!

Cons (-) Called ahead and was told room was ready. Got there and was not ready. Toilet had crabs on it. Filth on floor. Bedding was dirty from sexual activity. No keys available for 2 hours. The hotel does not have extra bedding. We are Seniors and this was the WORST EXPERIENCE in a hotel of our lives. DO NOT STAY HERE!
