Pros (+) Absolutely nothing, was discusting and poor or no customer service.
Cons (-) Room had dirty towels still, hot tub was closed even though I called and asked if it was open, room smelt like cigarette smoke, they charged me more for the room without my knowledge then would not refund extra amount.
