Nice arhitectur, kindly staff, rent of bycicles, good foot and beer, properly sauna, a lot of information about hiking. There is no sviming pool.
The hotel was beautiful! Half board included a 4 course gourmet meal. I don't usually like half board because we are picky but the dinner was up there with best and would return just for dinner alone.The staff was "Disney friendly". Everything was wonderful. Wished it had an pool.

Hotel location and facilities. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurant and breakfast setup. Pleasant staff but with very basic knowledge of english, so be prepared to communicate in german language only as all information and activities organized by the hotel are in this language only.
Really a great hotel. The services are better than you can hope. We felt us as at home.

Nice big rooms, friendly serving in the restaurant and cosy town with quit a few good shops, especially for sports clothing. The atmosphere in the reception area was a bit unenthusiastic at times. A construction yard right in front of the hotel, steeling the opportunity of tennis, minigolf and other outdoor activities, should prime the staff to put on a positive mood ... or at least not apologies with a sigh and nothing else.
The staff was excellent, and the food was really delicious! When we arrived at the hotel and wanted to check in, there were no one in the reception, and they had no bell to ring. We waited there about ten minutes, tried to shout "hello", but no one heared us. Finally we desided to enter a door, and we came into the dining room. There we could tell a lady who worked in the kitchen that we wanted to check in, an she told some other staff about that. They were very friendly and excusing when finding out that we had waited, but because there are hardly ever someone in the reception. they should really get a bell or someting so they know when someone arrives to the hotell.
