Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, especially its proximity to attractions like Legoland and the main square. Many appreciated the cleanliness and practical setup of the rooms. However, several guests experienced significant issues with the service, particularly the digital check-in process, lack of staff support, and communication problems. Room sizes were often mentioned as small, especially for families, and some guests felt the rooms did not match their expectations based on online photos. Despite these drawbacks, the location and cleanliness stood out as positives.
