The view is exceptional. A light broke during our stay and our host fixed it immediately. The cottage was the perfect size for us and we really loved our stay.

Pros: The front of shop staff were very friendly and very helpful at all times. The setting was very good if a little draughty at times. The views were incredible despite the cloud over Snowdonia. Beds were huge and comfortable.
Cons: The food was ok. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. Day one it was very good, day two and items listed on the menu were missing from both plates, although this was remedied when identified. Pros: Elaine was very welcoming and gave us an interesting history of the beautiful house. It was very peaceful and relaxing with fabulous views of the well-kept garden, the Menai Straits and the Brittania Bridge. The decor was very tasteful throughout and the room was well stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and Elaine brought us fresh milk!! The shower room was nice and clean plus the shower was quite large with lots of different jets for a variety of sprays and shower heads for those that fancy a real power shower. Elaine's homemade muesli was truly delicious and nourishing also Geoff's cooked breakfast was well-cooked with fresh, decent produce. It was just perfect for a relaxing stay after a very stressful time.
