Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff, with many mentioning positive experiences at the restaurant and during breakfast. The animation and activities for children are also well-received. However, there are mixed opinions about the pool, with some guests finding it enjoyable and others noting issues such as cold water or maintenance needs. While the breakfast and buffet are generally appreciated, some guests mention that the hotel and its facilities are somewhat dated, and cleanliness could be improved in certain areas.
