Beds are like sleeping on bricks, walls are paper thin. Miserable experience!

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Many guests also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the pool, which was highlighted as a nice amenity. However, several reviews raised concerns about cleanliness, with mentions of dirty rooms, roaches, and maintenance issues. Bed comfort was another recurring negative point, with some guests finding the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location, service, and pool were strong positives, cleanliness and bed comfort were notable areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Beachside Resort Hotel was PERFECT for our concert at The Wharf. It was affordable, perfectly located, and amazing staff. The vibes were awesome. We didn't use the pool, but others were and appeared to be having a great time. A pool on the 3rd floor and right across from the beach isnt something you'll find anywhere else. The fridge was huge and super cold, which we took full advantage of. A/C wor...

Pros (+) The beach!! The room was gross and mold! Things falling apart and dirty!!!
Pros (+) The bed was comfy and larger than expected, the room was clean
Cons (-) We arrived at 3 which is check in, and were told we had to come back in 45 minutes because the room wasnt clean (we had just drove 7 hours and had to get ready for a wedding), which made us late. Also, the room was very dim, one of the lamps didnt work Nd the ceiling light didnt put off much light, made getting ready very difficult
Pros (+) The place needs to be remodeled BAD! The only to nice/new things in the room were the refrigerator and toilet. Everything else needed to be upgraded and/or replaced! The pictures on the website are false advertisement.
Cons (-) Location to the beach was good. My advice would be to drive down and pick out a motel room instead of renting over the interstate.
Pros (+) Free breakfast was great! Pool stayed open late
Cons (-) The staff weren't that friendly. The ice cream shop didnt open until 3 and we had a wedding and count go to it. Then checked out at 11 an didnt get a chance to get ice cream.
Pros (+) The place is the nastiest hotel I have ever made the mistake of making a reservation at!!! I’ve stayed in several 3rd world countries and this is by far the worst s**t hole I’ve seen yet! Gange graffitee on the walls of the room!! I swear!!
Cons (-) The place is the nastiest hotel I have ever made the mistake of making a reservation at!!! I’ve stayed in several 3rd world countries and this is by far the worst s**t hole I’ve seen yet! Gange graffitee on the walls of the room!! I swear!!
Pros (+) It has a great location
Cons (-) It is not in the beach you have to cross the highway to get to it. The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling and the hole place is run down.
Cons (-) Poor smell, not fast hot water-only after 20 minutes, not very good breakfast.
Cons (-) We stayed for three nights and the first two morning we were awoken by very loud and repetitive banging on the door by housekeeping. Just not very curteous at all.
