Pros (+) Very clean room. Comfortable and clean bed. Coffee facility in room. Breakfast good and good choice of food.

Cons (-) There was a large group of teens having a party around midnight and it went on for over forty minutes. And all they could say at the front desk was, "yah, sorry about that."

Cons (-) Where to start? The couch had two gigantic, greasy butt stains on each cushion. Everything felt damp Charged twice for room and still trying to resolve it Deadbolt didn't lock

Cons (-) The AC in the room was not able to get the temperature below what felt like 79, and the bed was not very comfortable.
Pros (+) Very clean hotel room. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great. It's conveniently located near Gurnee Mills Mall. There are many stores to shop and eat at along Grand Avenue. Six Flags is a short walk from hotel less then 1/2 mile (no need to drive to the amusement park so you can save on the high parking fee).
Cons (-) I wish the swimming pool was bigger. Hot tub was non-functional.

Cons (-) The elevator has an EXPIRED safety inspection certification! The sofa in my room (211) had what appeared to be blood stains on it. The room across the hall kept me up all night (small children being load.. At 3am!) and the vending machines didn't work (ate my money).
