Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the quality of the breakfast. However, many reviews mention significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as problems with service, including unhelpful staff and check-in difficulties. Several guests also felt the hotel did not provide good value for the price, with facilities and amenities not matching expectations. While a few guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the breakfast, the overall sentiment is mixed, with negatives outweighing the positives.
