Guests were very pleased with the hotel's amenities, especially the onsen/bathhouse, and found the rooms to be spacious and clean. The staff received frequent praise for their helpfulness and friendliness. The location was considered convenient by many, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Some guests noted the value for price and appreciated the overall comfort. Minor complaints included room size for large luggage, firm beds, and distance from the JR station, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences.
