Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, and good value for the price. Breakfast and dinner options were generally appreciated, with several mentions of variety and quality, though a few guests found the food lacking. The onsen and bath facilities were popular highlights, and many guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Some minor issues were noted, such as limited amenities, small elevators, and occasional cleanliness concerns in specific areas, but overall, the positive experiences outweighed the negatives.
