Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, lack of staff or service, and small or uncomfortable rooms. Many guests found the rooms dirty, with issues like dust, bad smells, stained linens, and leftover trash. Service is often described as absent or unhelpful, and several guests struggled with check-in or accessing their rooms. However, some positives include the hotel's convenient location near public transport and city attractions, and the availability of free or ample parking, which guests appreciated.AI-generated from customer reviews
