Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s central location, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s attractions on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with many noting tidy rooms and daily housekeeping. Breakfast was frequently described as good or hearty, with options for early departures. However, some guests reported noise issues, especially in certain rooms or due to renovations, and a few mentioned outdated bathrooms or minor maintenance issues. Overall, the hotel is highly regarded for its value, service, and prime location.AI-generated from customer reviews
