I booked the shuttle to the international airport. When I told the shuttle driver where I was going, he said that he had some other people to take to the domestic airport and that I could just get off there and catch another shuttle to the international airport instead of him making two trips and delivering me to my stop as scheduled. :(

Pros (+) Good breakfast, nice friendly and helpful staff.
Cons (-) Trains, planes and automobiles very very close by. First hint was when we found earplugs on the nightstand as part of the room package. Railroad tracks with freight trains, I-75 road noise and airport late-night traffic all made sleep almost impossible. Staff gave us asome extra reward points to make up for it, but Iwould not recommend this location to anyone due to the noise.

Pros (+) We had to move our reservation last minute. Though we went through an online service, it was easy to work with the hotel to make the last minute necessary changes with no extra costs or stipulations. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider a return visit.

Pros (+) After a long night and a missed connection, we found BWAE had best cleanliness and overall ratings of nearby hotels. It was a quick shuttle from airport, rates were reasonable, and staff pleasant. Rooms were surprisingly clean, fresh white linens, recent updates etc. Bath was clean but a bit dated however some updates had been made. Due to the late hour, we didnt look around much beyond the bed an...
Cons (-) Walking into the lobby, we were initially concerned that we made the wrong choice because of the old, musty smell but thankfully it stopped there.

Pros (+) I stayed here for one night on a weekend. I was able to get the room I wanted with a king bed, which was a nice luxury. My room and bathroom were very clean, which I guess is due to the recent renovations that someone mentioned in a review I read when looking at this hotel. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there were no weird smells in my room. Thankfully the place wasn't over...
Cons (-) The front desk staff was a hit or miss. The person who checked me in was rude but the person who checked me out was welcoming and not rude.

Pros (+) Wonderful staff! Beautiful, contagious, bubbly personalities! I had an issue with my credit card while checking in for incidentals due to my bank being unaware of my cross country trek. The staff were very accommodating and patient while I contacted my bank to correct the fraud speculation. Thank you for making my stop a good one!
