Staff wasn’t friendly. Beds were too small. There’s not much privacy between the shower and the bedroom since there’s no door, just a wall. The toilet is in a tiny closet with poor ventilation. When we first entered our room and did a walkthrough, the toilet room stunk despite it being “recently cleaned”. We ordered extra sets of towels and it took housekeeping 2 hours to deliver them. Pros (+) The room was nice and smelled clean when we arrived. The bed was very low and very firm.
Cons (-) The floor outside the elevators was very sticky and my shoes were sticking. The floors were dirty going to the outside doors. I thought it was ridiculous to have to pay for parking.

Cons (-) The place seemed like a converted office building with a low renovation budget. I was in a one bedroom suite with a tiny couch that didn’t pull out The master bath was just weird. Ordered room service at 11pm that never came.
