Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast buffet, describing it as varied, plentiful, and delicious. The central location, often near the harbor or city center, was another highlight for many. While some guests complimented the friendly and helpful staff, there were mixed experiences with service, with a few reporting issues at reception or with special requests. Room comfort and cleanliness were generally appreciated, though a few noted minor maintenance or noise concerns.
