Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests highlighted the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and satisfactory breakfast options as positives. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and worn-out furniture. Safety concerns were raised due to incidents with unauthorized people entering rooms and missing security features. Some guests also noted noise problems, maintenance issues, and that the pool was often out of service. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were praised, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and safety.
