Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its friendly and helpful service, delicious and varied breakfast, and beautiful, idyllic location. Many found the rooms clean and some appreciated their spaciousness, though a few had issues with room size and layout, especially in the annex. The overall atmosphere and amenities, such as the castle setting and on-site shops, were well received. Some guests noted minor drawbacks like accessibility for older visitors, limited elevator access, and occasional dissatisfaction with the restaurant or breakfast variety, but the positives far outweighed the negatives.
