Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests reported severe cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens, presence of bugs and mold, and unpleasant odors. Many also experienced poor service, such as absent or unhelpful front desk staff and lack of basic amenities like towels or breakfast. Noise was a problem for some, with thin walls and disruptive neighbors. Only a few guests mentioned positive aspects, such as location or friendly staff, but these were exceptions in otherwise overwhelmingly negative reviews.
