Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as comfortable beds in some rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, mold, bugs, and worn-out furniture. Breakfast quality and amenities such as the pool, jacuzzi, and elevator often disappointed guests. While some found the property well-kept and quiet, the overall impression was marred by maintenance and hygiene concerns.
