Cons (-) We showed up for our prepaid reservation on time, but the hotel had no record of our reservation. Was on telephone hold for nearly an hour before hanging-up. Received a prompt refund, fortunately, but had to cancel my credit card fearing a scam. Will NEVER use this service again!

Pros (+) I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was great! They fixed my issue very quickly. They were pleasant and helpful from the moment I got there until the second that I left. They had breakfast and a managers reception and the rooms were great! Truly made my stay great. Great value for the money.
Cons (-) There was a little construction going on out front but it wasn't anything that was unbearable and the staff was so lovely that the construction didn't really bother me.
Pros (+) The staff was very accommodating. The first room we were assigned was next to a louder group, and the gentleman at the front desk gladly reassigned us a new room and made sure the new one was quiet.
Pros (+) My girlfriend and I stayed in a standard suite for one night on our way back from a road trip. The room was fully furnished complete with a refrigerator microwave and utensils and cups. Everything was very clean, WiFi was easy to connect to and the speed was adequate. Nice flatscreen TV with showtime. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) There is no pool or hotub.

Cons (-) My sink was clogged for 3 days and they chartered my card an extra night.
