Hotel is great, staff had its moments. Front desk people were good. Breakfast staff became irritated when we just wanted continental instead of menu service. Presumably because they thought we wouldn’t tip? I don’t know. But then we could not get there attention to even ask a question…so I guess order off the menu and you’ll be golden.
