Cons:
My plane was delayed for a couple hours. When I realized this I called the rental office (it took quite some time for them to answer) and told them I would be delayed. They assured me that there would be someone there when I arrived. When I got there the office was closed and I had to wait until the next day to pick up my rental car. The next day they offered no apologies or explanation and still charged me the original amount for the full rental.1.9 Poor

Cons:
I was told there was no car available for me and that I could wait to see if they had anything the next day. Then they were shocked i wanted to cancel the reservation. I had planned a cross country trip and needed to leave early in the morning the next day. So I was left scrambling to find another car from another business. Luckily the Budget counter had something for me and they were able to help me out. Now I know to go to Budget instead of Hertz in the future.2.0 Poor
