Pros (+) They know how to run a hotel! The service was fantastic and amenities were nice. We had our wedding reception and the Delaney House next door and stayed in the hotel then, too. It is the way you'd expect a hotel to be run.
Cons (-) No fridge in the room. We had leftovers from dinner and needed to leave them in the car. Luckily it was in the 30's that night, so wasn't an issue, but I'd imagine summer travelers might be out of luck.

Pros (+) We had our wedding at The Delaney House and stayed at The D. The staff was so amazing and helpful. We had a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we got back to our room.
Cons (-) The elevator is terrible. We were stuck waiting to bring our stuff down for 25 min because every time the elevator stopped on our floor it was full. The fact that elevator was the slowest I've ever been in didn't help.
