Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's prime location, with many highlighting its proximity to the MTR, shopping, and attractions as a major advantage. The service, especially from specific staff members, is frequently described as friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Several guests also mention spacious rooms and a comfortable atmosphere, making it suitable for families. However, there are recurring criticisms about cleanliness, outdated room conditions, and poor value for price. Some guests experienced issues with room maintenance, noise, and amenities, but the convenience and service often outweighed these drawbacks for many visitors.
