Excellent staff. Perfect location from the airport terminal 2. Only negative was Uber not recognizing the address, so we had to walk toward terminal 2 and use the taxi rank.

Clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful although a little slow to serve in the Runway Bar.

Very quiet rooms, great location for an extended layover.

Cons (-) There are 2 Hilton garden inn with identical names at londres. Heathrow. I saw many guests as confused as me when they were dropped off and handled poorly by the staff in particular Nimra Manzoor who couldn’t have been less helpful or emphatic. It was a terrible experience as a woman traveling alone in the rain, spending 25 pounds in a cab only to be told I had been dropped off at the wrong hotel....
