pro great location for LHR, all terminals. larger than normal rooms friendly staff con website should have better info how to get to/from LHR terminals - their chosen vendor is useless beware lower level odd numbered rooms due to early AM recycling

The hotel is further from the airport than I anticipated. There is no airport shuttle even though it is stated in the description. The front desk staff were not helpful with questions, recommendations, directions. There was no luggage cart, we were told to try next door at the Holiday Inn, but there was not one there either. We never saw one in the Lobby ever, even though we stayed for two nights....
