Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, often highlighting its proximity to malls, restaurants, and major roads. Breakfast was also noted as a positive aspect, with several guests mentioning good selections and delicious options. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the non-operational elevator, which caused significant inconvenience, especially for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Cleanliness was another concern, with some guests reporting dirty rooms, sheets, and towels, as well as unpleasant odors. While some staff members were described as friendly and accommodating, issues with service and property maintenance, including ongoing construction and poor room conditions, were frequently mentioned.
