Pros (+) Good location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pretty quiet for a hotel.
Cons (-) Customer service was lacking. Front desk not very personable.

Cons (-) Parking is a problem, no self parking and you can wait for your car for a long time.. During peak hours, valet department don't answer your call..even if they do you may still wait !!!

Cons (-) Had to use valet parking the whole time as the regular deck was closed, and there was an extended wait to get the car when I was ready. The room could also use a refrigerator.
