Overview

Hubbard sits in the northeast corner of Ohio just shy of the Pennsylvania line, a friendly small town within easy reach of Youngstown, its university, and the outlet shopping along the interstate. The Best Western Penn-Ohio Inn & Suites makes a comfortable base in Hubbard, Ohio, close to Youngstown State, the Premium Outlets, and the Packard auto museum. Spacious rooms and suites give travelers room to spread out, each with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator.
