Pros (+) The staff was very courteous.
Cons (-) I booked our hotel over a month out. I wanted a king size bed and a nice room. We had a king-size bed but we are in a room with a water everywhere time you showered and we are directly across from the elevator. Because we hadn't realize the shower till the next morning the contact at the front desk and we could only get a roo with 2 queen beds in a room that was adjoining very loud people. Having ...

Pros (+) Not only was this hotel 5 minutes away outside the Hershey gate, it was exactly what we needed. The hotel was clean with all the amenities it said it had it full working order. We intend on staying here whenever we have the opportunity.
Cons (-) One staff member at the desk had an attitude, but that should not be a deciding factor.
