Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's outstanding service, with many mentioning helpful and friendly staff, particularly at reception and in restaurants. The hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained facilities were frequently highlighted, as were the wide range of amenities, including pools and a water park that were especially popular with families. The restaurant and food quality received positive remarks for variety and taste. The overall atmosphere was described as welcoming, relaxed, and ideal for both families and repeat visitors. Some negative comments included occasional crowding, issues with buffet management, and rare complaints about food or staff, but these were far outweighed by the positive feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
