The staff are quick and always ready to assist, and directions to the hotel are very easy to navigate from the Isesaki Train Station. Cons (-) Nothing bad, but non-Japanese travelers be alert; the shower/bath is traditionally Japanese. I'd recommend Googling a quick 'how-to' before heading inside, so you're not caught off-guard.
