The location is perfect. Metro / tram to University Stop costs less than €4 and drops you off 10min from hotel. Close to all main old city attractions & restaurants. Very quiet. Clean & very comfortable. Good breakfast served in quaint basement with interesting cultural wall displays. Web map is pointing to wrong location - made it difficult to find.

The owner and staff of the hotel are very nice, very helpful, we take their advice for our activities in Selcuk and it was great. the room is clean, newly renovated 2years ago, and located in the center of the city, lovely place.

Location was fine near the tramway and most sights and also there was much to see in the walking distance around.

location. is very closed to sulthanameth. we had problems from the start. i asked for a double with a double bed but they gave two separated bed and they changed our location the day after. problems with credit card, nobody knows to use the cc reader. breakfast was not so good and place for it was not so confortable.

the staff is gentle, speak english. somebody explain me how to go to different sites.(lot of pictures to shoot!!) There is a lot of restaurants and things near of the hotel, that is quite practical. スタフ の ひとたち は やさしかった し、 えいご できる ひと がいた けんぶつ する ため に だれか が いろんな きれい な ばしょ を せつめい してくれた。(しゃしん を いっぱい とらな アカン!!) ホテル の ちかく に レストラン とか いろいろ あるんやから めっちゃ べんりやで。 the air in the chamber was a little bit polluted...but not that bad at all. さいしょ、 へや の くうき は ちょっと きたないや と おもった。(くさい) けど そんなに わるくなかったんや。

The staff was very polite and eager to help. The hotel itself is not a luxurious one, but excellent value for money. They did have all the basic services, such as daily cleaning, laundry service etc. Also the location was good - near Sultanahmed, but not right in the touristic area. There were some things minor issues, such as the door of the toilet in the room that didn't close properly.
