Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, finding it convenient for their needs, and some mentioned that the price was reasonable or offered good value. However, the majority of reviews were highly critical of the cleanliness, with many describing rooms as dirty, unhygienic, or in poor condition. Service also received negative feedback, with complaints about unhelpful or rude staff and issues with booking or check-in. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and there were repeated mentions of rooms not matching photos or expectations. Overall, while the location and price were positives, significant concerns about cleanliness and service were prevalent.AI-generated from customer reviews
