Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to train stations, restaurants, and city attractions. The service received positive remarks, especially for the friendly and helpful staff. The large public bath (onsen) was frequently mentioned as a highlight, providing a relaxing experience. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable and the breakfast underwhelming, with a few citing misleading photos and lack of value. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience, service, and bathing facilities, though there are areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
