Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near universities, hospitals, and nightlife, as well as the quality of the breakfast. However, reviews are mixed on service and value for price, with some guests noting friendly staff and others reporting indifference or poor problem-solving. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning old carpets, unpleasant odors, and generally outdated facilities. While some found the hotel to be a good value, others felt the price was too high for the quality provided. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and breakfast, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and some aspects of service.
