Pros (+) I was confused when I saw the star rating but I know the reputation of this IHG hotel so I decided to give it a try. Everything from the check in process to our departure was excellent. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful with everything that I needed and the breakfast facilities and business center were good also. Overall a wonderful facility that I don't believe is accurately reflected...
Cons (-) The only downside I could see was on the first floor there was only one washer and dryer, I don't know if there were more on other floors since I stayed in room 108.
