Cons:Bed tilted every time you turned over, carpet was wet by a/c unit, when the bathroom was steamed from the shower, the toilet paper would become soggy, strikingly painful water pressure stabbing your skin, hardly any lightbulbs, downright disgusting & lots of construction going on to block entrance at the time.
Pros:The staff was polite and professional. The price if you're on a budget. The hotel was convenient to the bus station. The room was pretty clean. On the first night there were no roaches.
Cons:There were no microwave nor a refrigerator at one of the rooms that I stay at on the first night. However, there was a microwave and refrigerator on the second night. Also there were a few roaches in the room.
Pros:The best/only thing good about this hotel is its location. I now know why this is one of the cheapest hotels in Jacksonville. The rooms are subpar at best; room cost me $50, not worth more than $30, in my opinion. The "mattress" is just a large block of foam precariously placed on top of plastic pipes. Every time I tried to get out of bed, the whole set up would tip over. Pillows were flat dollar store quality. Trash bin still had previous tenants trash in it. Stairwell and walkway smells like it was mopped with urine.

Cons:Felt like a chatge by the hr motel. Stay away!

Cons:Hot air didn't work... Continital breakfast was a honey bun, coffee, fake oj, & apple juice....
Pros:Location is a five minute drive to downtown area.
Cons:The prostitution sting in the middle of the night. People trying to solicite my girlfriend for sex.
