Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The service, especially from the owner and staff, was described as exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful, with many guests appreciating early check-in and late check-out options. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with rooms and apartments noted as spotless and well-maintained. Many guests found the rooms spacious, modern, and comfortable, contributing to a relaxing stay. However, several guests mentioned the lack of an elevator and challenging stairs as a drawback, particularly for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Overall, the positive atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and excellent hospitality left a lasting impression on visitors.
